Saigon coffee uses lots of condensed milk. Order 'ít sữa' (less milk) or 'không sữa' (no milk) if you want less sweetness.
Black iced coffee (cà phê đen đá) is bold and sugar-free. Add your own sugar at the table.
Bạc xỉu is the milkier, gentler cousin — almost a coffee latte. Great for newcomers to Vietnamese coffee.
