'Service compris' means tip is included. You can round up or leave 1–5 euros for excellent service, but you're not obligated.
Don't tip 18% like in the US — it's unnecessary and slightly awkward. A small cash tip is appreciated.
For taxis: round up to the nearest euro. For hotel porters: 1–2 euros per bag.
